User Manager and Radius Server

Hi,

recently i installed new system with RouteOS x86 including user manager. after 48 hours it shutdown it self.
then users unable to log in with there credentials it saying that invalid user or password.

then i removed all users and setup radius from beginning and created users again, still same problem exists…

do i need another RADIUS server to use user Manager or Mikrotik will support RADIUS functions as well,one thing we have L6 license.

please guide me i need help urgent…

i set up limitations on profiles but these limitations are not working.
why?
