I am struggling with authorize.net set up on userman. when I click “sign up” on my /user/signup page it takes me to
https://secure2.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll
but I get the following error on the page
The following errors have occurred.
(13) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.
Authorize.net support tells me that is because I do not have a transaction key.
I only have a place to “change signature key”

Can anyone help?
One more piece of information. This secure2.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll page was loading some time before but I was getting an ‘invalid customer’ error after entering the info into the authorize.net screen and an md5 mismatch in the logs so I re entered the signature key now I get the error listed above.
Wow, this is getting more strange. I reentered the signature keys and added a test account, I am getting a new similar error and … I also get different responses with a customer versus admin.
