Our UM database have 4 profiles with different limitations. We have 50+ people using some of those limitations. The problem is that three times now UM decided to change limitations to all users to one of those profiles. to make it more clear:

TRANSFER LIMIT: 5Gb
PROFILE NAME: SLOW
DOWNLOAD SPEED: 1Mbps
TRANSFER LIMIT: 1Gb
users before UM going crazy
USER: 444
TRANSFER LIMIT: 5Gb
DOWNLOAD SPEED: 4Mbps
PROFILE: SPEED
USER: 666
TRANSFER LIMIT: 1Gb
DOWNLOAD SPEED: 1Mbps
PROFILE: SLOW
after UM joke
USER: 444
TRANSFER LIMIT: 1Gb
DOWNLOAD SPEED: 1Mbps
PROFILE: SPEED
USER: 666

So as you can see user 444 have limitations from profile SLOW but under Actual Profile it says: SPEED. I’ve tried to re add profile but still limitation stays the same.
Under Limitations in UM everything is as it supposed to be. Nothing changed.
