User manager Database backup and restore between 2.9.27 & 45

Hi guys
I have just backed-up my Hotspot server running 2.9.45 using this

/tool user-manager database save

and it went on fine, but now i want to restore it onto another Hotspot server running 2.9.27 only to discover that the 2.9.27 ROS does not have the

/tool user-manager database load

submenu.
Pls help me out.

Why do you not upgrade? 2.27 is very outdated… But as far as loading the database i do not know why it is not working :confused: Im sure the MT team will let you know why soon.. -Jordan
