User Manager Database BIG PROBLEM!!!

Hi:

I am using a Hotspot with User-manager radius autentication in a Hotel. Recently i had to restore a backup file, then, I did access the userman webpage, and all my database was’t there.

Why is this happening?. (this make too much problems with my client).

Every time that i restore a backup file, all database in user manager, desapear.

Please Help me!. Thank You

The rebuild command, what it does?

I was browsing the wiki, and don’t talk about that command.

User Manager database is not included into ‘backup file’.
To backup User Manager database you need to use separate command,
