User manager database

I have UM v3
i want to move to v4
is that possible ?

second question:
my database is about 400MB . I have try to erease logs but is timing put and now i cannot access logs
is any chance to do that from console or some external program

I have the same Problem, I cannot rebuild or clear logs because it is going out of time..

i believe when is saying time out mikrotik is doing rebuild in background . After 45 min can notice that HDD size is changed
after saving database can notice that is increased .
