user manager download for v2.9.46

where can i download user manager for my microtikOS v2.9.46.The only one i seem to get is v2.9.51 on microtik.com?i have a level 6 license.

why not simply upgrade to 2.9.51 ?

what will be the cost implication of upgrading to 2.9.51?

there is no cost involved, upgrades are free! upload new packages via FTP and reboot.

Thanks a lot.I have just upgraded to 2.9.51 though the winbox option did not work.I was able to upgrade via the webbox.I will try and install usermanager
