User manager. Hotspot and local user access.

I would like to know if the following setup is at all possible.

Having RouterOS on a PC.
Having 5 APs (routers) with DD-WRT firmware with one SSID in three buildings.

I would like the user manager to be able to authenticate users from a list.
A user comes to the lobby an buys an hour on the internet, he gets a password and when he connects to the wireless network he gets a page asking him for the password.

Now a employ comes along, he is also given a password, except, his password gives him unlimited time on the internet and he does not have to enter his password again AND he has access to local network recourses like printers and a shared drive on a PC.

So basically can a hotspot be isolated from local users via VLAN or something, that the user manager manages.
Also it would be fantastic if the access list could be edited in Windows by a normal employ.

Thanks for any help.

I suppose User-Manager will not work with DD-WRT, until their RADIUS client will be able to send/receive all attributes supported by MikroTik User-Manager.

the problem is that usermanager supports only PAP authentication protocol

Thanks for your help.
Do I need a RADIUS server?
Why is only supporting PAP a problem?
