User manager Installaion issues

Dear All
I have RB951Ui-2Hnd Router …I am try to install user-manager-5.26-mipsle.npk by (1) copy it in files and then rebooted and also other way through FTP also…
But it not get installed not showing in the packages …

How to get it installed …

Are you installing the correct version?

I have checked it at System/resource / version is 6.36.3 (stable)

Which user manger version to be installed and how…

Please suggest

I was installing wrong version
