Someone please bring in some light one, want to play with dot1x,
I know I can use Mikrotik User Manager as a Radius server.
1: no link to download on official page.
2: official documents say on version 7 its no more downloadable it is integrated in the OS but I cant find it I do not see an option nor on RB 5009, or CRS326 I use for labing.
Can someone explain what is a real story with User Manager?
User Manager is a part of extra packages you can download from the official web page.
ARM 32 bit (CRS326):
https://download.mikrotik.com/routeros/7.11.2/all_packages-arm-7.11.2.zip
ARM 64 bit (RB5009):
https://download.mikrotik.com/routeros/7.11.2/all_packages-arm64-7.11.2.zip
Download the zip archive, extract the UM package, drag & drop it into WinBox and restart the router.
It will appear in the System / Packages along with the main package.
