user manager package failed

I tried to install user manager package for version 6.29.1. But it failed. Screen shot is attached here. Can anyone please suggest.

See the log after reboot. Aren’t you mixing the architectures, are you?

Dear All

new to the forum, & not sure if this is closed. I recently bought RB2011UiaS with v6.3.6, configured hotspot with default settings working ok so far. I dragged & placed latest userman v6.3.6 the file in the “File” folder, then reboot, but it does not load after reboot.

Any ideas!
