when any user listed on usermanager try to login usermanager crashes and i get messages like in attachment

All the active PPPoE sessions on the right suggests there is more than one authentication mechanism. Do you authenticate the connected users locally, or do you have a second Radius Server (or the like)?
The error seems to have something to do with a non-unique value. I can’t quite make out what it could be based on the error you are receiving as none of those values are visible on the RADIUS client config. But here’s a list of things you should consider:
- Are you using RADIUS secrets?
- Are you using RADIUS accounting (UserManager seems to prefer the Accounting tick to be off)
- Are you using non-standard RADIUS ports?
Perhaps if you gave us more information, give you RADIUS client settings, PPPoE profile settings etc
