Hi,
I have a customer that resells bandwidth using usermanager.
We have an issue where the report function in User manager does not reflect all users that used bandwidth.
It seems random as there are both users that have hit their cap as well as low usage users both appearing and not appearing.
We have performed package updates to 6.31.
Has anyone run into these issues before?
If so, have you found a solution?
