I’ve been using the user-manager package for a while on my home system, upgraded to 3.0RC6 to try, had a couple of probs so I rolled back to 2.9.46 for the moment and reinstalled the user-manager package, but now I get the message “login failed: current licence allows only 10 active sessions” even thou theres no-one actually logged in at the moment.
It appears to have retained all the user data I’ve put in there previously, but won’t let anyone login. Anyone else seen this?
The hotpost changes are me disabling and re-enabling the hotspot to force them to re-try login.
That is strange. Did you tray to delete all the users that appear in Cookies ?. Normis spoke about the restriction of hotspot sessions for the version 3 in Argentinean MUM. That´s why i think im not going to upgrade to that version .
I’m not actually using the cookies at the moment as all the computers are mac authenticated.
So, yeah I rolled back from 3.0 and now it just won’t em login. (I’ve just bypassed a couple for the moment)
Do you have any active sessions for User-Manager ?
As license level sets limitation to User-Manager, there are not 10 users limitation for HotSpot.
Probably another router uses this User-Manager database as well.
