User Manager

I created a ticket in User Manager and assigned a one hour time allocation to it. I then used 20 minutes out of it and logout. The next day I tried to login to complete the remaining 40 minutes time left, the hotsport screen reported “credit limited reach”. I want to be able to complete the usage of the 40 minutes time left in the ticket. How could I configure the ticket in User Manager to observe this? Thanks.

Specify uptime-limit.
