User NOT in "Hotspot->Active", but IP still HANG in "DHCP Server > Leases"

Hi everyone,

I set “Shared Users” to 1 for “User Profiles”. Most users can log out then log in, just fine.

However, some of my Hotspot Users randomly get “login failed: no more sessions are allowed for user”,
BUT when I see in “Hostspot > Active”, those Users NOT in there.
Strangely, their “IP” STILL present in “DHCP server > Leases”, so I have to manually remove those IPs for them every time that incident happens.

Let me shown some scenario like the following
1)Normal situation
1.1)Users log in using “Username & Password” Successfully
1.1.1)in “Hotspot >Active” shown “Username, Address (eg. 192.168.11.88), Uptime, Idle Time, etc.”
1.1.2)in “DHCP Server > Leases” shown “Address, MAC Address, Server, Active Address (eg. 192.168.11.88), etc.”

1.2)when Users “log out” manually or Keepalive Timeout expired (1 day), then they (& those info shown in 1.1 will be gone)
FYI, I set “Idle Timeout” in “Hotspot User Profile” to “none”
1.2.1)in “Hotspot >Active”, their Info in 1.1.1) is GONE
1.2.2)in “DHCP Server > Leases”, their Info in 1.1.2) is GONE

1.3)Users can log in to “SAME Device” or “Other Device” without getting ERRORlogin failed: no more sessions are allowed for user

2)Randomly Strange situation
2.1)SAME as 1.1)
2.1.1)SAME as 1.1.1)
2.1.2)SAME as 1.1.2)

2.1)SAME as in 1.2)
2.1.2)in “Hotspot >Active”, their Info in 1.1.1) is GONE
2.2.2)in “DHCP Server > Leases”, their Info in 1.1.2) is “NOT GONE” (eg. 192.168.11.88)

2.2)Users CANNOT log in to “SAME Device” or “Other Device” AND ERRORlogin failed: no more sessions are allowed for user” is shown
FYI, when I investigate in “Log” I can see that NO matter, that User use “SAME previous DeviceOROther Device” to log in, they get DIFFERENT IPs
so, Mikrotik think that User’s device STILL present in the system
so, that user CANNOT log in via “Any Devices” AT ALL

FYI, User CANNOT do anything AT ALL, because there is NO "Log out" page in order to log out,

and I have to “MANUALLY remove” them in “DHCP Server > Leases”, so those users will be able to log in via their devices again

This problem occur OFTEN for SAME users, and occur SOMETIMES for Other users too.

Hope anyone can help me out on why this problem keep happen randomly,

Thank you so very much.
