Are users able to reset their own password?
I was thinking if they had their email address in the email field this could be sent to them?

in both case user can change their password

What if they didn’t know their own password would they be able to have it sent to their account?
e.g they click onto a button that send them their password details by email.
there are multiple ways to recover password,
e.g Scripts, Forgot passwprd page and more,
instead of this just talk to counter of hotspot & get the password on your identity verify in detaisl provided for login
One last question.
User created by the admin customer are able to change their pasword via http://IPADDRESS/user
But users created under a child account get invalid usernname and password. When i change the customer to admin it works.Why would this be?
I’ve also tried via http://IPADDRESS/user?subs=custoerpubliid
But this also come up with invalid user and pass. I have only just created the public ID do a need to restart the server?
make sure that the user created in usermangaer not in hotspot

If I change the customer to admin all is good.

I’m just going to change all the users to be a customer type of admin.
