Ok so I have two users and user profiles setup. Each user could have 1000++ people logged in as it.
I need to setup two different queues for the two user profiles. What i dont want is each user to create a temp simple queue. As I can have 2000++ queues and from past experience with more then 10 queues it would not end well.
I see in user profiles there is a queue tab but not sure if it will help me. Cant find much docs on it.
Any help?
