User-profiles/address pool problem

Hi all, I have already mentioned this problem to Mikrotik support but they can’t understand it so I am mentioning it again here. I hope someone will be able to fix this or maybe someone should have the same problem as I have.

On earlier v6 routers, our scripts work fine.. But this problem occurs with v7. I am trying to figure out what the problem could be. After troubleshooting I found The problem is under user profile.

There are user profiles for the IP hotspot. As soon as I change the address pool of the user profile from none to the pool I created e.g user-pool, the hotspot status page is not redirected and shows an offline page. In version 6 it works fine, but in version 7 something is wrong. It could be a bug.

Does anyone have the same issue?

The login page appears and you can login, but after login you cannot see the status page. The redirection of the status failed due to the change of the address pool under ip-hotspot user profil.

I also tried with default configuration of mikrotik and then changed user profile from none to dhcp-pool, then the problem occurs also with default configuration of mikrotik.

I hope some expert knows the solution :slight_smile:
