User session timeout if inactive??

I recently setup a hotspot for student accommodation using mikrotik and user manager.

The current issue we facing is that when users do not use there mobiles for a short period of time it loses authentication and they have to authenticate again using there user details.

Is there anyway to adjust this?

Any help will be appreciated, really struggling here.

Set idle timeout to 2 hours now but users still lose authentication very quick;y.

click on the right of idle timeout and make it off,
