I have mikrotik ROS with L4 License and create UserManager.
How many user i can create in that and how many concerrent user it can support

With your level 4 licence, you can create as many users as you want but only 20 concurrent users can logon in ver 3.x. While ver 2.9.x will allow only 10 concurrent users
