USERMAN and HOTSPOT not working

Hi all
got hotspot and userman running on same routerboard 500.
All seems good. I can get authentications and then I get the popup with stats and main page that says authentication ok if nothing happens click here…and that’s it nothing happens…even if i click the link.
I checked on winbox and client does show in radius as active.
No matter what I cant get internet.
However if I Make binding and set the user as “Bypasses” all is fine so i don’t think it’s a routing problem.
Anybody got any ideas?

Do you have any errors shown in logs ?
Are you able to authenticate in HotSpot without User Manager ?

I have no problems with HotSpot and User Manager in 2.9.34 version.

Yes, no errors in log. Userman seems to be doing all correctly.
The page “you have succesfully logged in” is generated by the hotspot “i think” and not userman so I assume all is ok.

Userman logs the session ok and hotspot shows me as authenticated and shows the MAC in the active window…just no internet!!!
But if I set the MAC as bypasses it works perfect

Make sure that you have correct DNS server settings in the ‘ip dns’.

don’t know exactly what was wrong but reconfigured userman from beginning and all works fine now
