i have my mikrotik userman + handlink wg-500p printer everything woking perfect but how to add SERIAL #?

Hi,

What steps did you follow to make the printer create users in the user manager?

The printer connects successfully with mikrotik api and sees the 3 Billing profiles that I have created on user manager but all users that are generated from the printer are not showing up in user manager users list.
