I have the same problem, I used Ubuntu OpenSSL because the creation via ROS didn’t work for me (gave me error in the line sign template=ca-template ca-crl-host=x.x.x.x name=myCa from this manual http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Create_Certificates )
I imported everything but I also get flags KT, not KR as shown in the manual and the https page isn’t working for me either.
Can not working certificate prevent sandbox paypal from working? Do sandbox require SSL?

When enable and disable service it was start to work … but
there is again error “mikrotik userman your session has been reset due to inactivity” when accesed with Mozila firefox … with Internet explorer work normaly ![]()
