Hi All,
I notice some kind of problem when i suddenly upgrade my system from v4.X to v5.26 latest version.
After I upgraded to the new version, i could not be able to access my userman login account. I tried all possible ways to get it login, but now chance, i tried downgrade the version of the OS, but still did not work.
At last what I could do is to lost the license key by formatting and reinstall fresh OS to the machine.
I advice all people not to try upgrade from any version to v5.26

It sounds like you probably have not upgraded the Userman package? If that is the case, then upgrade the package to the same version as the OS, and then you should be able to access it again.
Scotthammersley, thanks for the quick response. What you said I tried it all ways out, but it did not work that is why i made this post for others to be careful with it.
I uninstalled the user-manager package v5.26 reinstall same but still refuse to login…
I also user terminal to see if there is any account for customer as /tool user-manager customer print
