i have BaseBox2 RB912UAG-2HPnD RouterOS v.6.34.1 i have installed hotspot but userman is not installed . i have uploaded latest userman file v.6.34.1 in files and restarted the router but userman is not installed and also nothing in log info about userman
what to do its my first time with mikrotik please help me

Go check in system packages if user manager is enabled there.
Sometimes it is disabled there
but the problem is that its not showing in package list.. mean not installed..
and the worst thing i didnt getting any error info in log
