I have an RB493 running v5.2, which manages Wi-Fi hotspots in four locations linked using an omni AP and PPPoE.
Everything seems to be working well, except for the Reporting function in Userman. It provides data when no dates are selected but when dates are entered in the correct format (mm/dd/yyyy) it just displays the header as below. Would appreciate any help identifying the reason. Accounting is checked in each of the RB411s at the remotes and the master RB493.
I am quite new to Mikrotik so I am unsure what other info you might need to assist, please let me know. Could it be soleved by upgrading to v5.5? This is what appears (with no data) when I enter two dates, the rest of the page blank
