I want to know it it is possible and how to do the following.
Lets say I have 3 sites over town and 1 head office.
I want the users to connect to the internet via userman.
Head office has a Mikrotik board with a LTE Internet system connected to it and a AP.
The sites all have a LTE router and AP.
So how can I do the setup that the people at the sites can go to any site with the same username and password.

So you have three sites and HQ, right? Does each site has its own Internet connection or they connect to the HQ for Internet access? UM is an AAA system. If your network design is not correct, UM won’t receive requests from your RB, thereby users not being able to login to have Internet access.
Please produce enough information on your network design.

And then each site gets it own internet and not from the HQ.
