If you have User Manager on the same router with HotSpot server,
/ip firewall nat

try to change the NAT masquerade using out-interface, UserMan will sent “Radius not Responding” if NAT using IP Address :sunglasses:

maybe you miss something to configure your radius local ip, try to add ip router in usermanger 127.0.0.1 and put password and now in winbox you can see radius and add ip address 127.0.0.1 and your password same as you provide in userman router pass.

Setup NTP client on the RouterBOARD, then clock will be saved all the time.
