usermanager accounting failure

Hi all,

following problem. Our configuration considers two DSL-Modem/Router with DynDNS and 1 VirtualMaschine (ROS 3.2 L4) and 1 RB411AH (ROS 3.2 L4).
I configure the VM with Usermanager and the RB411 as Hotspot (both with privat IP’s but connected to dyn. public IP’s with DynDNS). I can connect both sites but the Usermanager (Radius) doesn’t response. In the Log-Files of the Usermanager i get a message accounting failure.

Any ideas?
