usermanager option user/left

Hello
i am Daniel i use the usermanager of mikrotik but when my user use one party of her ticket after when the same user came for to finish the time of her ticket the Left is 0s and my use can’t connect him
please what is the problem ?

i am having the same problem… i have try every think but it don’t work what will i do…
is they any code for it so that users can still make use of they time if
admin and staffs of the cafer is not around

or pls send me info. how to configure it to let users use lef time with out add back the time for them again pls

I had the same problem

Has to do with uptime which is the total time user can be online ant the time witch is the validity period.
So when u create credits at the time field put the period u want the credit to be valid and assign to the user the uptime period.

I have config same in the wiki page and it was working perfectly , i just have problem when i restart " Turn powerd off and on again " the RB device that its have UM installed .. the users who don’t have valid credit able to loging again with extra period ?

please help ASAP
