Usermanager or not?

hi all,

I’m looking into Mikrotik as an alternative to pfsense. It sounds to me most is possible.
All I would like to know if I need User Manager(aka radius) or not for the following setup;

  • internet: 12mbps and 8mpbs (2 providers)
  • lan: 75 users
  • per user a logon limit (2x) and speedlimit of 2mpbs

I see option on the CHR version in userprofile to limit rx/tx and logons, does this mean that I don’t need user manager and can do with a Level4 license? Can a Rb951 provide rhis or do I need an Rb2011?
