Usermanager package is not available in RB 3011 Ui AS-RM

Hi,
Today I purchased a brand new RB 3011 Ui AS-RM. I can’t find Usermanager package anywhere in RB 3011 Ui AS-RM. Also I searched in mikrotik site, there is not available. Why mikrotik not releasing this important package? mikrotik also not notice in specification page that usermanager in not available in RB 3011 Ui AS-RM.

How can I install usermanager in my RB 3011 Ui AS-RM. Please help me in this regard.

It was asked before, and the answer is User Manager is not supported on ARM platform yet. See here.
