usermanager required or not?

hi all,

Do I need usermanager (aka radius) to allow the following setup:

  • hotspot 1x
  • hotspot users 75x (rate limit and simult. logon allowed)
  • dual wan (2x 12mbps) combined.

I’m starting to think I can do this with a Level4 device, am I correct? (Level 4 has 200hotspot users, but only 20 usermanager users)

If so, does a simple Hex (RB750Gr2) machine do the trick? Or do I need an RB2011?
