usermanager user password hide / encrypt ?

Hi, Is there anybody who knows how to hide the passwords in the User-manager?

since is use one Mikrotik OS as Radius/usermanager for our routers/switches to check usernames and passwords.
But for security reasons i need to the possibility to hide / encrypt the passwords.

Is there anybody who has an answer for this? would be great if so… :smiley:

There is no feature to encrypt passwords in User Manager interface now.

Hi,
But in the new usermanager the Admin password is encrypted:
example:
add coa-port=1700 customer=admin disabled=no ip-address=192.168.1.200 log=
auth-ok,auth-fail,acct-ok name=192.168.1.200 shared-secret=12345

So if this feature would be created for the users then this would be a improvement for securitys standards.
And if this would be a new security feature the why not make a security policy with it.
Security policy example: encrypt password / password min. length / use Capital letters / use numbers
Mikrotik would then be a lot saver and would meet the new security standards.

Would be nice.
where can i make this kind of feature request?
