Hi please i need help here, i recently accuired an RB450gx2 router, upgraded it to 6.44 OS.
i already did the basic config as to hotspot, dns and all, infact it connects to the internet already.
i discovered that usermanager is not even on the packages i just installed, please how do i resolve this?
If you want to install Usermanager package, simply:
- Download the “Extra packages” from our website: https://download.mikrotik.com/routeros/6.44.2/all_packages-ppc-6.44.2.zip
- Upload the “user-manager-6.44.2-ppc.npk” to the device
- Reboot the device
I just did that but still no usermanger package installed, all other packes are showing but usermanager is not
Just to double check … This is an x2 and not a RB450Gx4? While the x2 is PPC, the x4 is ARM and it would be a different package.
