hello, i am trying to log in using the ip address, it ays invalid username or password but i havent put anything in. i want to cange password and username
If its a default config device - then you’d log in with admin and password (i.e. nothing)
If its an already setup device, you would need a username/password that works to login and change the password of another user (or your own).
If neither of those options are available to you, then you would need to do a full factory reset (and restore from config backup/export)
