Users cannot be authorised by MAC address

Hello, I have a problem with authorising users by MAC address. All users who have in userman DB:
Actual profile:
Start time: Not set
End time: Not set cannot authorise to network. All others who have start time set in configuration are OK - works correctly. All new users added to userman DB are not set so i cannot add new users :frowning: Any ideas? Thank you

Do you have profile enabled for MAC-address user?

It does not matter for User Manager, whether HotSpot client is with username “joe” or “00:0C:42:01:02:03”.
