We have CCR1072, past one year it’s working fine, but nowadays once on a month or week, device user list automatically removed and admin user only works. After rebooting the router the existing configurations are loaded and all the user list which we are created it’s all working fine. Kindly, give the solution for this issue. Right now our CCR1072 handling 1000 PPPoE clients.
You have not entered any relevant details,
the only thing that is clear is that you are not clear that in order to be helped you have to provide details.
You have no idea even the most trivial details, like the exact model, and the installed RouterOS version,
installed and active packages and free disk space, just for start…
check your hdd/storage free Space on
system -> resources
if you have plenty free space and still having issues maybe you have burned internal storage because of inproper use of graphing or other write intensive features
maybe for example you are graphing all 1.000 pppoe interfaces and/or queues, that put a heavy usage on internal hdd/storage, as ccr1072 and newer routers only have 128mb of storage it can be quickly burned because it has a limited ammount of write cicles
just a basic checking, verify you had updated routeboot on
system ->routerboard
all looks normal in the basics
