Users not MAC Authenticated

Hi All,

I am using RouterOS 3.2, I am using MAC Authentication, I have users that have been authenticated, but new users are not authenticated, they are directed to the Mikrotik Login page.

I’ve upgraded From RouterOS 3.2 L4 to L6.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

Did you go to /ip hotspot hosts and authernticate the new users ??

you can simply copy the MAC from there and paste in a new user MAC address box
