users not uses limit transfer?

Hi all
My problem is users in my UM when limit transfer e.q 300Mib.. not used profile but take over limit to 500Mib download..and the user finished session by time limit just e.i 2 hour.but transfer not work with user and the users use defalut rate but i give the user profile 512k.. i use rb1100ahx..firmware v38.5..in the vir38.1 was good work…who can somve this problem..thanx

Soo time limit is ok…but the transfer limit not used and profile rate is the default…not use rx/tx:200k/450k..plz help..and ver 38.5

be sure you set time limit and transfer limit in the same limitation like this
