I just bought the RB751 for testing and if all is well the plan is to setup multiple routerOS on an ESXi server for my company, now i have already setup 4 WAN Bonding and Web Proxy Caching, which was extremely successful. But what i really need if possible, to setup DHCP with reservation for each machine (thats 50), then create profiles (3) each with Traffic/Speed limitation, and assign it to each of users, no authenticating need, just users would connect through combination of correct ip and mac, all other users not available in the database are prohibited from using the internet. now there is a already a software i am using that does all of this its called “Usergate Firewall and Proxy”, but i really want to move to Mikrotik, for the more advanced features

After setting up your DHCP address reservations you need to create address lists in the firewall. Create your 3 lists as well as the fourth list that has no access.
Based on the address lists establish packet and routing marks. Packet marks for Queue Tree and routing marks for black-holing the disallowed users.
