I’m new to UM and trying to get it set up for a few Hot Spots I’m deploying. Can someone clarify the difference between users and customers? The manual doesn’t clearly define this. Thanks.
I look at is as customers are people who manage the server and users are the clients of the customer. Example you would set yourself up as a customer and users are your clients

That’s what I thought although it is a bit counter-intuitive. The term customer implies someone that pays for a service or goods. Administrator would be more appropriate. Thanks for clarifying.
