Using CCR 10-16G for 1gb backbone connection

Anyone have any input on this?

We currently have two in production. One running our NOC and another at a busy traffic point. They work amazing, Just wondering how it would do hooked up to a new 1gb backbone.. Any input would be great

we use it as our “final” router thus we have a rack with fiber convertors and we do not do much routing on it.
It simply handles a /24 with a few sites we drop and block.
Then we route the ips into our network and split to our servers.

We have two trains …
two 12 core fibers ( all our own stuff)
Yuuuup it runs very well.

Saying all of this we are using it for our entry points.
Our latency are very good we can not see it affecting voip and data.
Our client give good feed back on the quality of our network.
Where we connect is quit a big local connection.

We have tested and compare our results and there are only 3 tests that was better than our tests and that is a billion $ USD company that owns the most bandwidth.
I guess with a performance like that i am very happy with it.

I must add we are only a shunting yard.
We do not do fancy stuff on the routers as we “ship data”
VOIP has improved on this and we have got good recommendation from our clients.
