I guess you have a verify doh certificate issue. Untick that checkbox and see if that helps.
Works here. Do other hostnames resolve? E.g. if you do /ping forum.mikrotik.com from terminal? If not, do you have the right root certificate installed? It’s this one: https://cacerts.digicert.com/DigiCertGlobalRootCA.crt.pem
