Using forwarded IP

I have an IP address that is a public IP (let’s call it 192.168.1.1/32 for demonstration purposes). Said IP address is forwarded via a tunnel with a Private IP address in the 10.0.0.0/8 range. All incoming traffic to 192.168.1.1 get forwarded to my 10.0.0.0/8 IP address over an PPPoE interface. I have no control over the server which has the static IP and forwards it.

The issue is, my Mikrotik doesn’t seem to like that at all and seems to block incomming traffic over that 10.0.0.0/8 IP address.

What firewall rules can I set up to use my Public IP on my Mikrotik? I want to mostly receive data over the IP and also respond to requests.
