Using Hotspot with Traffic Shaping

Is it possible to use the hotspot function and still apply some kind of global traffic shaping all in one router? It seems like the hotspot function uses up the Mangle flow mark and makes any other kind of QoS difficult to do.

Can this be done with 2.9?

You have to check ‘/ip firewall’ submenus and introduce some new flows. Then, yes, they could be used for traffic shaping requirements.
