If you have in mind the old IPsec-based Cisco VPN client, I cannot exclude it could be possible for at least some modes, but my usual problem was how to make the Cisco VPN client work again after each new Win10 upgrade which totally messed up the installation. So I’ve ended up with Shrewsoft VPN client replacing the Cisco VPN client against a Cisco box.
