and always i see pop-up windows Microsoft Library C++ Runtime Error.

Next step, download Winbox version 3.0beta3 and try to connect.
Error pop-up alway information about Library C++ troubleshoot

What is it???

probably routeros installation is corrupted, reinstall routeros using netinstall, but if on all the devices are present the same anti-virus…

Ok, trouble with Library Error go away after next step:

  1. Login via webinterface
  2. Go to IP-Services
  3. Disable WinBox 8291
  4. Reboot router
  5. After reboot login via web
  6. Goto IP-Services
  7. Enable WinBox 8291

Profit.
This troubleshoot continue after previous update (problem with SNMP)
