Are any of the below issues resolved in beta2 release? The only one I am really concerned about is logging. Also, is it possible to downgrade from 2.9 back to 2.8 release?

Is anyone using 2.9 with a large number of PPPoE users? How well does it work? How about with a very active transparent cache?

Caveats:
*) logging does not work;
*) policy routing does not work;
*) some console scripts could crash;
*) IPsec does not work;
*) prefix list configuration is incompatible with previous versions;
*) hotspot does not work;

Has anyone tested the logging in this beta? Once logging to a syslog server is working I will move to this release. It is difficult to beta test something that has no logging as when/if it crashes you have no logs and therefore little diagnostics :confused:

Logging still no go in 2.9beta2 release. Otherwise I would give it a whirl on a spare hard drive too.
